Judith will introduce various wild herbs and plants thatcleansing and stimulating the metabolismworks. We determine, discover, taste, smell and collect the wild herbs and flowers. 

The expert gives us valuable ideas and recipes for our own kitchen and medicine chest. Among other things, we will learn how a detox tea can be made from precious natural resources.
