Spelled fasting according to Hildegard von Bingen - can we still moderate it?

Spelled fasting is a gentle form of fasting that is particularly gentle and therefore recommended for beginners. Food is not avoided entirely.
The body is fed a reduced amount of purely alkaline food. In this way he can empty his acid deposits and detoxify them comprehensively. This not only helps the slim line, but also all joints and all diseases of civilization.
Spelled fasting is supported by special Hildegard spices such as ginger elimination tabs, psyllium or cubeb pepper. What do I eat on this fast?
- Morning: 1 slice of spelled bread

Your rules of life are explained and deepened in the fasting groups. Alternately, a movement therapist will guide you into physical relaxation.
